The CLASICO service is [our basic preventive maintenance service. It is] designed for bikes that don’t have any major problems, but that require a bit of attention to get them back to their best. For example, if you’re having issues with your gears, if you have squeaky brakes and/or if your chain keeps slipping, then this is the service for you.

Stock Updates: What You Need to Know
Due to high demand, occasionally some of our products do go out of stock. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels, and we usually expect to replenish any product line within a couple of weeks. If you have placed a pre-order for an item that is out of stock and it looks like it will take longer than expected to get it to you.
