About Us
I’m Felipe Orrego, a Chileno (Chilean) who fell in love with a Londoner, and then fell in love with London.
I also love bikes, fixing things, and helping other people.
Eleven Bikes UK is the realisation of a dream: a local Holloway bike-shop with a flavour of Chilean in it.
We aim to give to our customers everything that we want for ourselves when we are customers:

What we do
We offer repairs and services for all types of bikes – adults’ and children’s, road/mountain/gravel, electric (e-bikes) and cargo bikes – you name it, we will nurse it back to full health.
Our services cover the full range from basic to de luxe. We also sell standard parts and items for bikes: tubes, lights, locks etc. And if you want something different drop in and chat to us or send up as a message using the contact form and we’ll see what we can do – we’d love to meet you.

We are committed to sustainability and zero waste. We use the most energy-efficient appliances to wash and maintain bikes, and recycle everything we can, from used bike parts to furniture and packaging.
